Matthew Wiltcher
Director
Matthew Wiltcher is a Director of MannionDaniels and has many years of experience working on a variety of global initiatives in support of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with Governments, International Agencies and Businesses across the UK, Europe, Africa, and South Asia. Matt oversees the company’s sustainability and ESG solutions and supports organisations in their green transition. His experience is based on practical knowledge of organisational strategy and change combined with expertise in sustainable and effective business practices that deliver social and environmental progress for the planet. He is an alumnus of the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership’s Business Sustainability Management Course and a Certified ESG Sustainability Practitioner through the Centre for Sustainability and Excellence (CSE).

Stephanie Schlipper
Sustainability and Climate Lead
Stephanie Schlipper is the Climate and Sustainability Lead at MannionDaniels, currently leading on the delivery of climate change and sustainability commitments, actions and services for the company and clients. Stephanie is responsible for the design and delivery of mdsustain and has supported diverse organisations working across the globe to understand, assess, improve, and communicate their environmental sustainability. At the company level, she is responsible for MannionDaniels’ carbon reporting and reduction strategies, environmental performance, and sustainability reporting through B Corp and the UN Global Compact. She is an alumnus of the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership’s Business Sustainability Management Course and a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional with expertise in the ISO 14001 Standard, SDG Framework, and the SASB and TCFD reporting requirements.

Sam Eager
Sustainability Data Specialist
Sam Eager is our Sustainability Data Specialist and holds a Diploma in Corporate Sustainability. He is trained in the UK’s Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) Compliance requirements and in the World Resources Institute’s (WRI) Greenhouse Gas Protocol carbon accounting standard and methodologies (the most widely recognised and used carbon footprint methodology, globally). He is a data specialist and his work focusses on developing sustainability tools to analyse and visualise clients’ environmental impacts and track their improvements. Sam is responsible for conducting mdsustain’s carbon footprint assessments, producing best practice carbon reports, advising on science-based targets, and creating carbon reduction strategies.
